This industrial facility has been designed for process escalation and specialty testing necessary in new product development.

 

Present capacity is to be increased in many folds for the following plants within our present facility. 

 

This facility operates hand by hand with our research lab to escalate our lab and pilot plants.

 

Upstream, Midstream and Downstream application of our technology

is possible by multiple testing designed by our technical personnel teaming with our customers and third parties laboratories and engineering firms. Therefore, financial and safety risks associated with new processes implementation are experimentally performed at relatively low cost if compared with other international options.

Facility includes:

high and low voltage electrical, unlimited water supply, wastewater treatment plant, heavy truck road access, near progreso Yucatan port, liquid storage tanks, all environmental permits, laboratories, offices, etc.

Catalytic Pyrolysis Patented Process:

​

Process based in hydrogen production and simultaneous reaction into the hydrocarbon molecules achieving:

​

1. Ionized diluents, stock lube oils, fuel additives, specialty chemicals

​

2. Heavy crude oil normalization allow to increase primary distillation yield.

​

3. Lowering or even eliminates delay cokers and FCC among other typical refining processes, also known as bottom of the barrel stream processes.

Financials:

Lower CAPEX as well as OPEX are to be obtained simultaneously  with increase of revenue by producing more valuable finished products.

 

Quality and costs are easy calculated once new process is developed since full scale production tests are performed at this facility, in parallel to already developed products , like solvents,  fuel additives, drilling bases, stock lube oils, etc.
